1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Elyonis website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in FCFA (XOF) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Promotions are valid for the specified period only and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Express options are available at checkout. Free shipping is applied on orders over 30,000 FCFA. Delivery outside major cities may take longer and rates are calculated at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is free for defective products. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return. See our Returns page for full details.

6. Warranty

All products sold by Elyonis carry the manufacturer's warranty. Elyonis does not provide additional warranties beyond what is required by applicable law. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

Elyonis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts.
